NLIS Ltd have been providing official conveyancing searches to the legal profession for many years and have utilised this experience and reputation for the provision of Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates. NLIS Ltd will provide official searches  for inclusion in our Home Information Packs together with Home Condition Reports provided by you or our nationwide network of surveyors. We can provide Hips in your livery in any format you require, CD, PDF, or two sided full colour copy by post or any combination of these. They can also be displayed on your own website which we can design and provide for you. We are also offering training for you to become your own HIP providers through our franchise arm.

Our web based case management system is free to you and allows you to place orders, for the complete Hip  or upload any components you wish to supply yourself. You can track the progress of each component from any PC or laptop in the world and you can make your HIP's available to any one or restrict access by PIN.

Our online ordering and payment system is second to none and is so simple that no training is required. You can offer deferred payment through us. Capture the conveyancing by providing the HIP.
